Bomberman maker launches iPod gaming portal
The maker of computer gaming classic Bomberman has launched a new portal offering free games for use on the iPod touch.
Hudson's new portal currently includes a range of free games to be played online, but the company has announced plans to also introduce premium content to the system in the future.
According to Pocket Gamer, the new site also includes tunes from the games manufacturer's software back catalogue, as well as blogs to keep gaming-mad iPod users up-to-date with the company's work.
However, the site is only currently available in Japanese, while no plans have been announced to suggest when a Western version is to be unveiled.
A growing number of games are being released for use on the iPod touch, with Guitar Hero maker Harmonix recently releasing a title and Gameloft also launching a brain training game for the portable device.
The releases are both available to download through iTunes.
