SwitchEasy enables iPod runners to adapt

SwitchEasy has produced an additional device for the Nike and iPod Sport Kit, to enable runners to use the device - which tracks activity and calculates its outcome - with any pair of trainers.

The RunAway is made of an ultra-strong polycarbonate and is compatible with "any running shoes with shoelaces" and iPod nano.

Easy installation is offered with a unique twist and lock pivoting mechanism, while a finger-friendly power button at the back of the unit allows the user to disable the device with ease, simultaneously prolonging the sensor's battery life.

RunAway is available in six different colours, including neutral black or white and "nice exciting" colours such as pink or orange.

Meanwhile, the company includes two colour-matching protective caps with each receiver.

SwitchEasy was created in January 2005 to develop "innovative little add-ons" for a digital lifestyle.
