iPods get pimped
A new website has been created for the rarefied world of iPod customisation – aptly named pimpyaplayer.com.
Sponsored by the iPod accessory specialists GEAR4, but the brainchild of the chavtastic "Romeo Brown" from Romford, the site is dedicated to those who wish to show off their often eccentric customisation of their iPod .
Viewers can access pictures of the iPod s in their new pimped out incarnations, as well as those of the proud owners and then vote for their favourites.
In an interview with GEAR4 Romeo Brown said: "Pimp'Ya Player is the roodest site on tha intraweb! Into iPod s but wanna take it to tha next level? Then Pimp'Ya Player is the place for all your customisation needs."
"I'm from the Pimpin' Capital of England, Romford! Bo to tha Romford Krews! I've been Pimpin pods for 3 years and I've become a conisseure of the kraft, travelling all over the world to meet other dedicated 'Podificators'! Thasright I'm the bigdog pimpin'."
The iPod with the most votes on the site is the "Three Knuckle Shuffle", an iPod shuffle modified to resemble a knuckleduster, devised by Phil from the "Isle of White."
