The popular DJ Nihal from Radio 1, has unveiled which of the tracks stored in his beloved iPod are his favourites.

DJ Nihal, who presents "Bobby Friction + Nihal" on Wednesdays on Radio 1, revealed a diverse and wide-ranging selection of tunes that he keeps on his iPod , reports the Metro.

Among the talented DJ's favourites are Unfinished Sympathy by Massive Attack, Like Eating Glass, by Bloc Party and One by U2.

Of Unfinished Sympathy, he said: "I downloaded the video on to my iPod recently. It's such a beautiful record but it's a very difficult track to DJ because it's very dark.

"You need to stand there and absorb it rather than dance, it's an amazing track and one with no real chorus."

DJ Nihal recently released a compilation dubbed "Bobby Friction and Nihal presents", in conjunction with his Radio 1 partner, which has since become one of the most popular groundbreaking Asian compilations in the UK and Europe.

In 2005 DJ Nihal was a cultural ambassador for the ultimately victorious London 2012 Olypic bid.
