Everybody knows that the iPod is the hottest gadget in the world right, but now it’s official. The Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II has bought an iPod.
The 79-year old royal ma’am has purchased a silver six-gigabyte iPod mini for £169
The Sun newspaper is asking readers to guess what songs she has downloaded on the device, which can hold 1,500 songs and has a rechargeable battery lasting 18 hours.
It is believed that the Queen was encouraged to buy the iPod mini by her son, Prince Andrew.
A royal insider told the newspaper: “The Queen loves music and was impressed by how small and handy the iPod is. She does a lot of travelling and an iPod is a very convenient way of listening to music.”
