ezGear ezSkin for iPod Classic

I got the pink one and I love the colour soooo much - everyone has commented on it already. True, the belt clip is a bit clunky, but I'd never use a belt clip so it doesn't matter. The silicone feels good, and my iPod is scratch free so far - so I'm a happy bunny!
 

There's a knack to working the click wheel through the silicone, but once you've got the hang of it, it's fine. It's highly protective, which is what I'm looking for in this type of case.
 

I bought this product to give protection to my new 160GB iPod Classic. I thought the silicone would be the ideal protection for my new expensive toy. I like the silicone, however there are a few areas that let this product down. First, it's difficult to scroll through items on your iPod with the click wheel with the silicone over the controls, it's thin, but not thin enough in my opinion so I carved it out with a knife within 1 hour. Second, the belt clip is a huge, clunky piece of plastic which isn't really what I expected, I though a slim fit clip would be more appropriate and it is held in place by a plastic screw, not the kind of piece of mind I want for my £200+ piece of hardware. Third, the neck strap is very difficult to fit through the sticky silicone holes in the cover. Fourth, the hard plastic screen protector is just too clunky. I am going to buy a clear plastic stick-on screen protector instead to make the cover more streamlined. Not worth it overall....
