Once you get used to it it's simple to use and convenient. I found that it works best on bare arms. I like the fact that there's a wrist strap as well (which comes in handy sometimes). Now that I'm used to it, my one complaint is that the iPod settles high -- i.e. unless you force it you'll find top of the menu button (and the screen) obscured. However, that's a minor complaint.
