Excellent service - took only two days to recieve - ordered on a Thursday and recieved on following Saturday. it all does what you need and being 'upside down' is actually user friendly. I have a classic ipod in a hard case protector so the fit is very tight but once in the neoprene wraps around the Ipod and holds it well. Sometimes the wheel is tricky to work as the clear plastic is quite thick but you soon get used to it. the cable tidy is useful and once on your arm the armband is very comfortable.
