	I found this armband to be very good, it securely helds my iphone in place and i've found it to be very comfortable indeed. I would recommend this armband, it's worked wonders for me and i barely know it's there when going for my runs.

Its very comfy. It has a well ajustable strap. It is even very easy to control your Ipod Touch when in the armband. Butt!!!!!! ( and this is an important but) When it comes to plugging in your headphones into the jack (headphone socket), it seems to be missing a hole. This then makes it really fiddly and your ipod touch/iphone does not fit as snug and secure as it should. Mines (ipod touch) has even, nearly fallen out of the armband while on the treadmill. Oh and the wires are all over the place. Try a cheaper armband like the tunebelt maybe.
