Apple iPad 2 Leather Smart Cover

Bought the cover – soft black finish – feels really nice to touch. Rollover and make into stand – the leather is supple enough already not to have problems doing this – thought it might need a bit of breaking in, but didn’t. Scuffs on the leather may happen as its not hardended smooth to touch but that’s life. The inside of the cover has a microfibre finish – and to be honest its not much cop Doesn’t do much to clean the glass and just leaves lines across the screen when pad has picked up finger prints, but this is easily solved with some cleaning. When it’s rolled over to stand be aware though the microfibre finish will then pick up dirty more easily from surface its resting on – which is not attractive and hard to remove – and I’ve stains already where its just been on my office table. Problem you have also in getting this is you need to wait for other case manufacturers to catch up for ipads with this front on and still allow to have a back protection – there isnt really anything that does that at the moment April 11 – sure that will change as poeple cater for users of this but who want rear protection too.
