Webcams have had a bit of a dubious past…but they are great little things. They allow you to see and speak to people halfway around the world or even just friends down the road via your laptop. And if you have, like us, lots of USB devices (webcam, MP3 player, digital camera etc.) but not enough USB ports at the back of your laptop, then a USB hub is a gift from above.
